We are happy to conclude the Barrier Management System Implementation (Workshop-2 and Workshop-3) for PT Kilang Pertamina Intenasional (KPI), a sub-holding of PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO) responsible for the operation of five Refinery Units.
The objective of this series of training and associated workshops is to enable the TFT to gain a thorough understanding of all the key aspects of the Barrier Management System, as well as guidance on the development of a General Framework and Procedure for BMS Implementation within PT KPI to be undertaken within each refinery unit.
This proposal serves as the second stage in the overall approach to PT KPI Barrier Management System (BMS) Implementation.
The scope of this proposal covers the Barrier Management System Implementation (Workshop-2 and Workshop-3), comprising the following main activities:
- Workshop 2: BowTie Training for the Task Force Team (TFT)
- Support the Development of the BMS Framework and Procedure
- Workshop 3: Development and Review of the Pertamina BMS Framework
